Real recovery, real community
FullCircle groups for ages 18–25 bring together young adults who are working toward sobriety and a healthier way of life. Here, you’ll find people your age who understand what you’re going through — and who can walk with you toward freedom and purpose.
A place for young adults in recovery
Finding recovery support as a young adult isn’t always easy. Many programs are geared toward teenagers or older adults, leaving 18–25 year olds stuck in the middle. FullCircle bridges that gap with groups designed specifically for this stage of life. Young adults often face unique challenges — longer histories of substance use, heavier consequences, and difficulty relating in traditional support groups filled with older adults. At FullCircle, we provide a safe environment where young adults can share openly, receive guidance from staff who’ve been there, and build lasting peer relationships that make recovery sustainable.

Our goals
FullCircle young adult groups are designed to help participants build the skills and support they need for long-term sobriety and a meaningful life. We focus on:
- building a strong, reliable peer support network;
- developing healthy coping skills to handle stress and mental health challenges;
- learning to live by principles that bring integrity and stability;
- pursuing education, career goals, and independence with a clear mind;
- discovering how to have fun and build real friendships in sobriety.
Who young adult groups are for
These support groups are a good fit for young adults who:
- need to step away from negative peer groups and find a supportive, sober community;
- transitioning from treatment and need ongoing support in early recovery;
- struggling with drugs or alcohol and don’t require a higher level of clinical care.
How our Young Adult Program works
The Full Circle approach to helping young adults includes:
12-Step Meetings
Young adults attend two peer-led 12-step meetings each week. These groups create space to be honest about the challenges of early recovery — from navigating independence and relationships to balancing work, school, or college while staying sober. Meetings are where accountability, connection, and hope take root.
Sober Social Events
Every weekend, FullCircle organizes substance-free activities that show young adults recovery can be exciting and fulfilling. From retreats and trips to concerts, game nights, or outdoor adventures, these events help build genuine friendships and prove that life without substances is far from boring.
Family Support
Drug use harms the user — and often their loved ones, too. Our Full Circle staff members facilitate meetings to help entire family units address problems associated with use and navigate the challenges of maintaining a healthy, loving relationship with a member who is in early-stage recovery. Full Circle also provides Parent Support Groups that help moms and dads find peers of their own who can provide encouragement and support.
Our experienced staff
Full Circle staff members know well that recovery is not a solo journey, and they work to provide for everyone who engages us supportive community every step of the way. Nearly all members of our peer support staff are in long-term recovery. They facilitate all 12-Step meetings and sober social weekend events — and they are available to work in coordination with larger healthcare teams or make referrals to higher levels of care or therapy if needed.
