Jake Pollard got sober in his home town of Atlanta, Ga., in 2012 when he was 15 years old. His early experience in recovery shaped his commitment to helping other young people and families find the same hope. After six years working in treatment as an IOP counselor and senior staff, he brought his experience to FullCircle in 2022.
Today, Jake serves as Program Manager for the North Kansas City location, where he oversees daily operations, individual appointments, crisis intervention, community partnerships, family involvement, and sober social activities. Known for his encouragement, leadership, and ability to make recovery meaningful and fun, he is someone people naturally turn to for motivation and steady support.
Jake enjoys life in Kansas City. When he’s not working, he enjoys traveling, music and the outdoors. He is currently completing a history degree and is deeply grounded in his Catholic faith, which continues to shape his life and work.
