Originally from Charlotte, N.C., Declan Thompson found sobriety in 2020 when he was 18 years old. His experience in recovery fueled a passion for helping others find the same hope he was given.
Declan began working on the FullCircle Program’s staff in 2023, starting in Denver before heading on to Colorado Springs. Now in Phoenix, he supports young people and families as a member of our Senior Staff. His steady presence and lived experience help him connect with authenticity, showing others that recovery not only is possible, but worthwhile. Known for his grounded support and calm perspective, Declan is someone people naturally look to when they need strength and reassurance.
Outside of FullCircle, Declan is pursuing his education and enjoys fishing and the outdoors. He is committed to showing that recovery can lead not just to stability, but to a fulfilling life.
