Missouri native Justin LaBanca was 19 years old when he got sober in May 2019, through an IOP program in St. Louis. His recovery experience gave him a deep sense of purpose and a passion for helping others find the same hope and freedom that changed his own life.
Justin worked for two years as a counselor at a residential program before joining the FullCircle Program’s staff in March 2025. Now serving as a Senior Staff Member in South Kansas City, he supports young people and families through one-on-one appointments, family involvement, and sober social events.
Known for his leadership, encouragement, and ability to make recovery fun, Justin is someone people naturally look to for strength and perspective. He now calls Kansas City home and continues to build his career there in the recovery field while staying rooted in his commitment to service.
