Sam Wilson began his recovery journey in 2013 and found early support through an outpatient program in Colorado when he was 17. His experience in recovery and commitment to helping others led him to join the FullCircle Program in 2017 as a Junior Staff member with the Phoenix Program. He later served as Senior Staff for the Phoenix Program until 2021, followed by Senior Staff for the Denver Program through 2024.
Sam now serves as the Facility Director of the Denver Program, where he provides leadership, structure, and steady guidance to both staff and participants. People naturally look to Sam for his humor, empathy, wisdom, and ability to lead with calm confidence. He brings a balanced approach to recovery — offering both accountability and compassion — and is deeply respected for his consistency and integrity.
Originally from Colorado, Sam is married and a proud new father. Family is central to his life, and that value carries into the way he shows up for the FullCircle community each day — grounded, present, and committed to helping others build lives rooted in stability, connection, and recovery.
