Sasha Theurer got sober in 2020 when he was 18 years old. His early recovery journey was in Georgia, where he participated in IOP and attended Atlanta FullCircle meetings. His experience as a young person in recovery gave him passion and purpose, shaping his commitment to helping others find hope.
Sasha went on to work as a Behavioral Health Technician at a residential program in Phoenix, Arizona, before joining the FullCircle Program team in Colorado. Today, Sasha serves as 90-Day Staff for the Boulder and Fort Collins/Windsor programs, where he helps facilitate peer-led meetings, organizes engaging sober activities, and meets with families to provide ongoing support.
Known for his enthusiasm and ability to make recovery fun, Sasha is someone people naturally turn to for energy and encouragement, while also keeping faith at the center of his own life. Born in Yaroslavl, Russia, and adopted at age three, Sasha grew up in Georgia with the support of his parents and two siblings. He now lives in Colorado, where he enjoys tinkering with engines, cooking, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors.
