What services does The FullCircle Program offer?
FullCircle provides no-cost, long-term support for teens and young adults struggling with substance use, self-harm, and other negative behaviors — and services for the parents
who walk through that journey with them.
Through peer-led 12-step based groups, sober social events, individual staff guidance, and parent support, we help families build connection, accountability, and hope. Our program isn’t just short-term care — it’s a community that walks with you every step of the way.
Teen Support Groups
Our support groups for adolescents ages 12–17 are designed to be solution-focused, helping teens learn how to let go of harmful behaviors and replace them with healthy, positive ones. In these groups, they’ll find encouragement, guidance, and love from peers and mentors who have walked a similar path and understand what they’re going through.
Young Adult Support Groups
Young adults ages 18–25 face unique challenges and need a different kind of guidance and connection than teens or older adults. Our 12 Step- based support groups bring them together with peers who understand their journey and can walk alongside them. In this space, they gain support in staying sober, developing healthy emotional coping skills, navigating the path toward independence, and continuing to grow in their recovery.
Parent Support
You don’t have to do this alone. Our weekly parent support groups are designed to help families navigate the challenges of walking alongside a loved one in the early phases of recovery. In these groups, parents gain resources, guidance, and encouragement while learning how to be part of healthy, positive solutions for their family.
Bring The FullCircle Program to you!
FullCircle isn’t here to replace what’s already working in your community — it’s designed to wrap around existing programs and make them stronger. When you bring a FullCircle to your location, you’re adding a layer of ongoing peer support, family healing, and prevention that extends far beyond the classroom, the therapy session, or the treatment plan. Other programs often end when the school day finishes, when counseling sessions wrap up, or when a youth completes a short-term program. FullCircle ensures support continues. It creates a long-term, no-cost community where young people stay connected, families heal together, and prevention efforts feel authentic and youth-driven. By planting a FullCircle within your existing network of services, you give young people and families a safe place to land — one that makes all your other efforts more sustainable, impactful, and lasting.
